A wonderfully moist version of the classic.
Ingredients
All-purpose flour: 2 1/2 Cup
Granulated sugar: 1 1/2 Cup
Cocoa powder: 1 3/4 Cup
Baking powder: 1 1/2 TSP
Eggs: 2 Qty
Vanilla extract: 1 TSP
Baking Powder: 1 TSP
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl.
Add eggs, milk, and oil. Stir until smooth.
Pour batter into greased baking pan.
Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
