Garlic Butter Roasted Chicken

Ingredients
Butter: 4 TBSP
Garlic (Minced): 4 Clove
Lemon juice: 2 TBSP
Salt: 1 TSP
Black pepper: 1/2 TSP
Thyme: 1 TSP
Rosemary: 1 TSP
Carrots (Sliced): 2 Qty
Potatoes (Chopped): 3 Qty
Onions (Chopped): 1 Qty
Chicken (Whole, Roaster): 1 Qty
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Melt butter and mix with minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
Rub butter mixture over the chicken and place in a roasting pan.
Surround chicken with chopped carrots, potatoes, and onions.
Roast for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
