Classic Chicken Noodle Soup

Feeling down? Chilly afternoon, this one is for you.
Ingredients
Chicken breast: 1 Lbs
Olive oil: 1 TBSP
Onions (Diced): 1 Cup
Garlic (Minced): 2 Clove
Carrots (Sliced): 2 Qty
Celery (Sliced): 2 Stalk
Chicken broth: 6 Cup
Egg noodles: 8 Oz
Salt: 1 TSP
Black pepper: 1/2 TSP
Thyme (Fresh): 1 TSP
Parsley (Fresh): 1 TSP
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large pot and sauté onions, garlic, carrots, and celery until softened.
Add chicken breast and pour in chicken broth.
Season with salt, black pepper, and thyme.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
Remove chicken, shred it, and return it to the pot.
Add egg noodles and cook until tender.
Stir in parsley before serving.
