Ingredients

All-purpose flour: 1/2 Cup
Baking Powder: 1/2 TSP
Pepper: 1/8 TSP
Salt: 1 TSP
Eggs: 2 Each
Corn: 2 1/2 Cup
Onion (Chopped): 1 TBSP

Instructions

Sift flour, baking powder, salt, pepper. Beat eggs slightly, add to corn.
Add onion. Stir corn mixture into dry mix.
Preheat electric skillet to 380 degrees. Drop batter onto greased pan.
Fry - both sides until brown.
