Who wouldn't love BBQ hot dogs?
Ingredients
Beef Hot Dogs: 8 Each
Onions (Diced): 1/4 Cup
Shortening: 1 TBSP
Ketchup: 1 Cup
Water: 1/2 Cup
Brown sugar: 3 TBSP
Salt: 1/2 TSP
Black pepper: 1/8 TSP
Vinegar: 2 TBSP
Lemon juice: 1/4 Cup
Worcestershire sauce: 2 TBSP
Mustard: 1 TBSP
Celery (Diced): 1/2 Cup
Instructions
Saute onion and celery until soft.
Combine all other ingredients except hot dogs and add to pan. Cover and simmer 20 minutes.
Prick hot dogs with a fork and add to pan. Simmer 20 minutes more.
