Instructions

• Beat egg yolks with sugar until sugar has dissolved.
• Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into yolk mixture.
• Put finished mix in a pastry bag. Squeeze out cookies onto parchment so they are about 2" long.
• Bake in a 350 degree oven 10-15 minutes until lightly brown.
