Vodka Pasta Sauce

Wonderful pasta sauce with basic ingredients and Vodka as a binder
Ingredients
Garlic Cloves (Minced): 4 Each
Onions (Diced, Fine): 1/2 Cup
Tomato Paste:
Vodka: 3 TBSP
Reserved Pasta Water: 1 Cup
Heavy Cream: 1 Cup
Unsalted Butter: 2 TBSP
Parmesan Cheese (Grated): 1 Cup
Penne (Cooked, Res. Water): 1 Lbs
Instructions
For the vodka pasta sauce:
Mince the garlic cloves.
Finely chop the onions.
In a saucepan, sauté the garlic and onions until fragrant.
Add the tomato paste and cook for a few minutes.
Pour in the vodka and let it simmer for a couple of minutes.
Stir in the reserved pasta water.
Add the heavy cream and butter, stirring until well combined.
Mix in the Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is creamy.
Add some of the drained pasta. Mix well. Keep adding pasta until sauce is covering all pasta well.
