Ingredients
Yellow Cornmeal: 1/2 Cup
All-Purpose Flour: 1/2 Cup
Sugar: 1 TBSP
Baking Powder: 2 TSP
Table Salt: 1 TSP
Large Eggs: 1 Each
Milk: 1/4 Cup
Buttermilk: 1/4 Cup
Neutral Oil: 3 TBSP
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. put a little oil in your 6 inch cast-iron skillet and heat it up on top of the stove, while your oven is preheating and while you’re mixing up your cornbread.
Mix and pour in heated skillet and pop into preheated oven. Bake until golden brown about 20 to 25 minutes. Enjoy!
