From Shiela Lawson - FB - Simple four ingredient custard
Ingredients
Eggs: 6 Each
Sugar: 1/2 Cup
Whole Milk: 4 Cup
Vanilla Extract (Or any flav): 1 TSP
Ground Cinnamon (or Nutmeg): 1 Pinch
Instructions
Beat together eggs, sugar, and milk. Add your extract, whatever flavor you prefer.
Pour into custard cups, and sprinkle with a touch of cinnamon or nutmeg.
Place in a shallow pan half filled with hot water.
Place in moderate (325-250 degree) oven for about 20 minutes.
Test with a knife to check if firm. Don't overcook.
