Ingredients

Parmesan Cheese, Grated: 1/2 Cup
Mozzarella Cheese (Shredded): 2 Cup
Ground Beef: 1 Lbs
Garlic Cloves (Minced): 2 Each
White Onion (Chopped): 1/2 Cup
Table Salt: 1 TSP
Black Pepper: 1 TSP
Oregano: 1 TSP
Ricotta Cheese: 15 Oz
Lasagna (Uncooked): 1 Lbs
Marinara Sauce: 2 Lbs, 1 Oz

Instructions

For the meat sauce:
In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned.
Add minced garlic and diced onion, cook until softened.
Season with salt, pepper, and oregano.
Stir in marinara sauce, simmer for 10 minutes.
For the lasagna layers:
Spread a layer of meat sauce on the bottom of the slow cooker.
Top with a layer of uncooked lasagna noodles.
Spread a layer of ricotta cheese on top of the noodles.
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan and mozzarella cheese.
Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of cheese on top.
Cooking the lasagna:
Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, or until noodles are tender.
