Slow Cooker Steak Bites

Tender melt-in-your-mouth steak bites swimming in a rich savory gravy.
Ingredients
Beef Steaks, Sirloin (Chopped): 3 Lbs
Kosher Salt: 2 TSP
Olive Oil: 2 TBSP
Sweet Onion (Sliced): 1 Each
Garlic Cloves (Minced): 3 Each
Low Sodium Beef Broth: 1 Cup
Au Jus Mix: 1 Env
Unsalted Butter: 4 TBSP
Parsley (Chopped): 2 TBSP
Instructions
Preparation:
Season the beef steaks with kosher salt.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear the beef steaks on both sides until browned.
Transfer the beef steaks to a slow cooker.
Add sliced sweet onion and minced garlic to the slow cooker.
In a separate bowl, mix together beef broth and au jus mix.
Pour the broth mixture over the beef steaks in the slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until the beef is tender.
Once cooked, remove the beef steaks from the slow cooker and shred with a fork.
In a saucepan, melt unsalted butter and stir in parsley.
Pour the butter mixture over the shredded beef steaks.
Serve the steak bites with the savory gravy over rice or mashed potatoes.
