Chicken Breast: 2 Lbs
Black Pepper: 1/2 TSP
Table Salt: 1 TSP
Honey: 1 Cup
Low-Sodium Soy Sauce: 1 Cup
Tomato Ketchup: 1/2 Cup
Olive Oil: 4 TBSP
Garlic Cloves (Minced): 2 Each
Onion (Diced): 1/2 Cup
Red Pepper Flakes: 1/2 TSP

Instructions

Preparation:
Season the chicken breasts with black pepper and salt.
In a bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, and tomato ketchup.
Add minced garlic and chopped onion.
Add red pepper flakes.
