- Granulated Sugar: 1 Cup
- Large Eggs: 2 Each
- Table Salt: 1/2 TSP
- Unsalted Butter: 1/2 Cup
- Vanilla Extract: 1 TSP
- Evaporated Milk: 15 oz
- Pumpkin Puree: 1 Cup
- Prepared Pie Crust: 1 Each
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- In a large bowl, mix together granulated sugar, large eggs, table salt, unsalted butter (melted), vanilla extract, evaporated milk, and pumpkin puree until well combined.
- Pour the pumpkin pie filling into the prepared pie crust.
- Bake the pumpkin pie in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 350°F and continue baking for 40-50 minutes, or until the filling is set.
- Remove the pumpkin pie from the oven and let it cool before serving.
